Preferred Name: WT1 mRNA-Electroporated Autologous Dendritic Cell Vaccine

Definition: A cancer vaccine containing autologous dendritic cells electroporated with full-length mRNA encoding Wilms' tumor 1 (WT1) antigen with potential immunostimulatory and antineoplastic activities.
